Like any true modern-day horror story this one starts with a social media platform that receives ominous comments from unknown cyber-strangers. A series of uncanny coincidences and mysterious events begin to take place in a small Texas town that lead the protagonist (that’s me) down the long and winding rabbit’s hole and through the looking glass. As with any good mystery, no one else is privy to the strange events that begin to unfold. The audience, (that’s you) is forced to ask themselves if the protagonist has lost her mind completely or if she really is being harassed by an outside source that remains well-hidden yet absolutely everywhere. Even after suffering a near-death experience she is unable to confirm or even explain what is happening to her. Friends and family remain supportive yet skeptical as she struggles to reclaim her comfortably boring and uneventful life. In search of answers and redemption, the protagonist, once again, turns to social media to express her voice and tell her story.
