In I Am Legend, the terminology used to describe the deadly virus conveys a double meaning, a play on words that alludes to, not only monarch programming but also the physical abuse victims suffer at the will of the unseen handlers. At the beginning of the film, Dr. Neville explains that everyone “crashed and bled out.” They didn’t collapse, kill over and die, they didn’t fall ill and drop dead like flies — they crashed like cars and bled out like victims of a vampire attack, which is exactly what the darkseekers are.

At the end of the film, the narrator recaps by stating that “a deadly virus burned through our civilization.” It didn’t sweep, spread or tear through civilization, it burned. This terminology is directly inspired by the physical abuse (the baptism of fire) victims of monarch programming experience. The popular theory is that victims are forced to undergo electroconvulsive therapy by the programmers/handlers to create an alter ego within the victim, but this “therapy” does not involve wires placed on the “patient’s” head. It is a hands-free procedure, a taste of the invisible that brings victims to their knees in a sudden and altogether terrifying attack. Like being struck by lightning, it is an invisible fire brought down from the heavens that causes rapid dehydration, body tremors, loss of consciousness, amnesia, and in some cases, cardiac arrest. It begins with a burning sensation in the forehead.

A table setting from Marie-Helene de Rothschild’s Surrealist Ball. Notice the baby doll’s head in the lap of the “darkseeker” as well as its missing legs. The darkseeker is the driver replacing the legs with wheels. The lit candles signify the “light” and the baptism of fire.

The pictures featured above exemplify this sensation. The first image is a place setting from Marie-Helene de Rothschild’s Surrealist Ball. Notice the baby doll’s head with a large chunk missing from its forehead. The next image is a promotional album cover for Nirvana’s Incesticide released in 1993 which exemplifies the same concept. David Bowie is shown as the alien Ziggy Stardust with a lightning bolt coming down from his forehead into his right eye. Charles Manson drew an “X” on his forehead during his court trial, later changing it to a swastika tattoo. And lastly, we have the scene from E.T. where the alien touches the boy’s forehead with his lit finger and says “I’ll be right here.”

After the baptism of fire, victims are reborn into the monarch system. They are joined together with a lesser god (or an alien) forming an alter ego like Ziggy Stardust. As featured below, their right eye is darkened by the light as the butterfly net is cast.

Beyonce, Bono, Celine Dion, Mac Miller, Michael Jackson, Marilyn Manson, Martin Solveig, Nicki Minaj, Pharrell Williams, Lil Wayne, Lady Gaga, Tori Amos

“Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.” (Zechariah 11:17 KJV)

The ultimate goal of monarch programming is the merging of man with beast, to light up the darkness and enlighten the mind with a bapho mateos, or baptism of fire.

The image of Baphomet also exemplifies this concept. The figure is a composite of both male and female, as well as human and beast. The arms bear the Latin words SOLVE (separate) and COAGULA (join together), which is taken from the alchemy term solve et coagula. The goal of alchemy is to turn base metal into gold, and the monarch system does just that. By taking what is separate and joining together beast with human, the result is gold, both spiritual and material. This merging of beast with human is accomplished through sexual stimulation, which is symbolized by the phallic symbol or the caduceus rising up from the crotch of Baphomet. The caduceus is the symbol for commerce (not medicine) and is carried by Hermes/Mercury in Greek and Roman mythology. Commerce, by definition, is the activity of buying and selling goods and services.

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” (Revelation 13:16-17 KJV)

Baphomet’s right arm points to the heavens and the left arm points down towards the earth — as above, so below, or the spirit world meets the material world, man merging with beast. Baphomet is also featured with a star on his/her forehead symbolizing the lesser gods (or aliens), and the flaming torch placed above the star symbolizes the baptism of fire.

Much like David Bowie’s alter ego, Ziggy Stardust, pop singer Beyoncé also admitted to having an alter ego named Sasha Fierce. In an infamous interview, Beyoncé described her alter ego as someone who can do things that she herself can’t, and admitted that her performance at the BET Awards was her coming out, or more to the point, Sasha’s coming out.

“It was way better than what I expected. Sasha was in full effect; Sasha is my alter ego…I remember right before I performed, I raised my hands up, and it was kind of the first time I felt something else come into me, and I knew that was going to be my coming out night for the BET Awards.”

Beyoncé has since stated that she “killed” Sasha explaining, “I don’t need Sasha Fierce anymore, because I’ve grown and now I’m able to merge the two.” Of course, the popular explanation is that she created the alter in an effort to separate her own shy personality from her stage persona, but this idea of “merging the two” is just another way of admitting that “Sasha” is still inside her, or at least, someone or something is. When Beyoncé admits to “merging the two” she is, more or less, admitting to becoming a baphomet herself.

The baptism of fire is often symbolized by water in pop culture, and more specifically, a bathtub.

In her sexually explicit video for “Adore You,” Miley Cyrus appears in a bubble bath biting her thumb. The symbolism implies that she is “born again” through the baptism of fire forming another alter ego or reinventing herself. She is given another face, so to speak, or a new wardrobe.
Lady Gaga appears in a bathtub for the video, “Marry The Night” bleaching her hair. The blue color of the bleach symbolizes prophecy or the word of a god. Thus, she is born again and bound to the word of another god. Notice the red curtains in the background exemplifying the baptism of fire. Notice, also, the lamp (the light) and the two bath sponges. Sponges soak up water, hence, the rapid dehydration accompanying the baptism. The title of the song “Marry The Night” is most likely a reference to reconnecting with her god through the baptism of fire.
Rihanna spends most of the time in a bathtub during her sexually explicit video for the song “Stay.” Again, the song is most likely in reference to reconnecting with her hidden handler or her god.
Britney Spears appears in a photo shoot in a bathtub filled with diamonds. The diamonds represent DNA as well as her marriage to the hidden handler or god.

In her video for “Look What You Made Me Do,” Taylor Swift is shown lying in a grave. In the next scene, she is alive in a bathtub filled with diamonds. Here, we have the born again symbolism as she reconnects with her god.

On her album cover for the song “Rise,” Katy Perry appears up to her nose in blue water. Again, notice the red background. The song lyrics also refer to the baptism of fire: “I’ll fight it, I’ll fight it, I will transform. When, when the fire’s at my feet again, And the vultures all start circling, They’re whispering, ‘You’re out of time,’ But still I rise.”

Below are more examples of the baptism of fire and the concept of burning or rapid dehydration.

An attendee for Marie-Helene de Rothschild’s Surrealist Ball wears a lizard pin signifying the baptism of fire.
Nirvana’s album cover for “In Utero” depicts a parched earth with deep cracks and crevices. the transparent body of a female with wings represents the hidden handler or god.
Like Nirvana’s “In Utero,” Faith No More’s album cover for “The Real Thing” depicts a parched earth with deep cracks and crevices. A droplet of water/frying pan engulfed by fire decorates the foreground.
The album cover for Stone Temple Pilot’s “Tiny Music” shows a cloven-hooved woman in a swimming pool. The alligator (like the lizard) symbolizes the feeling of rapid dehydration during the baptism of fire. The woman represents the hidden handler or god responsible for the sensation.
Brooke Candy appears in her video for “Everybody Does” with lizards on her face symbolizing the same concept.
Angelina Jolie appears in a photo shoot up to her nose in water and surrounded by alligators. Another reference to the baptism of fire.
In I Am Legend, Will Smith appears in a bathtub with his German shepherd. The dog represents the subconscious mind or the programming the victim/initiate received. The baptism of fire is a reoccurring process, wiping the slate clean and being born again with a new wardrobe or face.
In one scene, the dog comes into contact with a butterfly exemplifying the concept of connecting with a god. The butterfly represents a lesser god, and the dog represents Dr. Neville’s programming or subconscious mind.
“As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.” (Proverbs 26:11 KJV)
